Lala single handedly set up her practice in North Wales, her practice was a runner up in the national practice of the year competition. She has also been nominated GP of the year by her patients. She lives in Chester with her family and enjoys socialising and travelling. She is actively involved in fundraising for Nightingale House Hospice; she did a daring solo skydive and bungee jump to fund raise for the hospice.
