Bushera is a GP in Manchester; she has a keen interest in education and also teaches at Manchester Medical School.  She has been fortunate enough to work with the charities Doctors Worldwide & KIRF, where she worked on projects providing healthcare to deprived communities in Kenya and Kashmir.  She also enjoys travelling and is a very active fundraiser for other charities.  She completed the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride; a gruelling 60 miles raising money for The Christie Cancer Hospital and then went on to complete the Shine Marathon in London later in the same year!
